Each camp is framed in a seasonal theme, connecting all things “farm” to the time of year. We offer three hours each day of fun and engaging, hands on activities that encourage kids to learn more about growing food. Each camp day, with a focus on fun, we study the planting guide, plant and harvest vegetables, prepare a delicious meal that we enjoy under the trees while listening to a story about vegetables, insects, birds, and dragons (did you know they love garden tacos?!) Every day students learn something about growing food, and prepare a delicious meal with the vegetables they see in the field. Take aways include plants with information on how to nurture them, an artistic product that reflects the beautiful farm and season, and recipe cards featuring the prepared dishes we shared.

We roll out the October registration in August, the March registration in January, and the June registration in April.

The cost is $200 per learner, ($25 discount per child for families with 2 or more children who sign up) and a non-refundable 25$ deposit at the time of registration.
